I have a raymarine A50 which comes loaded with charts. I use it in the georgian bay area (great lakes).

What is the difference with the preloaded charts and what I would get with the navionics gold or platinum?

We do not sell Raymarine products at this time. I have not seen the maps in their units yet. The maps preloaded in the GPS should be similar to the basic Navionics charts based on online material. The Platinum charts will have shaded underwater contour lines. I do not think your preloaded Raymarine maps will. At this time we only sell the maps on microSD card (with SD adapter). Based on the information I could find online your unit needs a CF card which we do not sell at this time. If you can not find a reputable dealer of the CF card feel free to call us.
