In reference to the above Bluechart g2 Vision card, is this the newest version that came out in February of 2013?

It is version 14.5 which was just recently released.

Not sure what version 14.5 is in your answer but I guess when you say it was recently released that it is the newest for 2013,

We program the cards here and the Garmin software does not allow old information to be programmed onto the cards. The software is the latest version released. Garmin released it less than a month ago so you can call it 2013. They release bluecharts every six months.
