Yes this maps has lake of the woods on the Canadian side along with the great lakes and coastal regions of Canada.

There is full detail on the Canadian side of the border. Depth contours, marine hazards, nav aids, and more

where do I go to see a sample of the water detail for the Kenora,ont LOW area?

There are no online map viewers for the product. The maps will contain the same info that the paper charts do.
