I bought the new Elite 4 Gps/fishfinder combo and want to connect it to my VHF for the DSC. Is this the right cable? Thanks.

Yes. The Lowrance NMEA 0183 Adapter Cable is listed as being compatible in the installation manual.

Jordan, I need help. Lowrance doesn't provide instructions. I have a Standard Horizon VHF with a purple NMEA in +, green NMEA common - and a blue NMEA out + wire. The Lowrance cable has black, yellow and orange wires with no marking. Thanks for any help.

The yellow will go to NMEA in of the Radio and the Common black will go to your ground. I believe the ground wire on your Radio is the Green one. What standard Horizon radio do you have?
