-is his autopilot system applicable to a sailboat of 40 ft. and 15.5 tons displacement if sailing according to apparent or true wind changes is not essential but just course keeping is desired..?
-can the system be used without a connection to the R.P.M tachometer of the engine?

Hello Cemal,

What type of drive do you have on your steering. Is it Hydrolic, a steamdrive, ..... If you have compatible equipment on your boat it should work well. Here is a link to the manual so you can see if you have the right equipment.

Hi. Is this Auto Pilot system complete with pump and all parts I need to mount it and run with my 28ft. motorboat? Regards, Gunnar

No, the pumps are separate, as they are specific to the model of boat. Please follow this link to follow Garmin's buying guide, located on the right hand side of the GHP 10 Auto Pilot System page.

I have the same question~

the boat is about 50 ft in length and uses caterpillar c9 dual engine with digital tachometer
