When I tried to load my map DVD it required an 8 digit product key but the only number I can find on the back of the DVD sleeve(where it suggested to find it) was a 10 digit number and cannot get access to load it. Where can I find the proper 8 digit key or are there other options?

The code should be on an orange or yellow sheet that was in the box.

Just received my Zumo 660 today. Loaded and charged the battery, hooked up the Zumo. Registered to the Garmin site fine, but shows no maps. I then installed the CD and when prompted for the code on the yellow sheet, it checks with garmin and says it is invalid. :-( tried multiple times, ended up emailing garmin. So, I have a new, unusable 660 for hopefully only a few days till they get back to me

We would strongly suggest calling Garmin 1-800-800-1020, as their email response time is quite lengthy.

I found the same problem occured. The registration code, on the yellow piece of paper, which the "prompt" tells you to use then produces a message that says the product key entered is not a valid product key

You will need to contact Garmin if you are having issues with the registration code. 1-800-800-1020
