Problem with map not showing?

my 550 does not show anything but interstaes and major roads. i can not enter adresses. when i search for hospitals it gives me hospitals in pa. 30 to50 miles away, but not the two major hospitals in morgantown, wv. it shows no streets. thanks.

You will want to check your maps to see if you have them enabled and or turned on. Tools->Settings->Map->Map Info

If you recently tried a map update please try it again. It may not of loaded properly. If the problem will continues then call tech support at the number below.
