Why does this not have Voice Command capability?

Upon reading the specs on this unit and the cost of same...I am more than a little disappointed to read that voice command capability is absent.
I thought the whole idea was to be hands free and use Bluetooth in my helmet intercom system -to give & receive commands to the GPS, be able to use my cell phone, and listen wirelessly to my MP3 music. How is this unit any more advanced than my Nuvi 2460LT in order to justify the cost???

It is waterproof and made rugged for the bike. It also has a lot of bike features.

It would be too noisy on the bike to make voice recognition work.
