It seems that the City Navigator DVD disappeared from the accessories list on the overview page. Is it still included? It is listed as included on Garmin's webpage.

The DVD is no longer included because once you download the update to your computer you will have the maps accessible using Garmin Basecamp which is free.

Are the accessories for the Zumo 660 listed in question 2 included in the 649.99 price?
