Some 660s come with lifetime maps. Is this one with or without the lifetime map?
I am assuming it is without lifetime maps, because it is not mentioned

You can only get them with lifetime maps at this time. It is best to get the lifetime maps with the unit because they would be much more expensive if purchased separately.

So, if I read your answer correctly, the price that you quote includes lifetime maps.

And since I'm asking, is it also possible to load European maps on the 660 in combination with the North American maps?

Yes you can load Europe on the zumo along with north American maps. You will load the Europe maps to a memory card then put the memory card in the unit. Or you can buy the Europe maps already on memory card and just plug and play.
