can this unit have two bluetooth headsets paired at the same time to hear music also the audio out will or can this unit output bluetooth and audio jack at same time

Just one bluetooth headset to the GPS unit at a time.

If I understand your response, Jordan. Does this mean I can't have the GPS paired to my phone using the Add Phone menu and a bluetooth audio receiver using the Add Audio menu option at the same time? Since both buttons are there I assumed I could pair with a phone and an audio receiver at the same time.

That is correct. You should be able to pair with your phone and a audio headset (receiver) at the same time.
