Would it be okay to add an 8 gig card to the Zumo 660...? I was told that the maximum is 4 gig that it will accept... I'd prefer the 8 gig for my muzik...

We have tested a 8Gb card with no problems. We have not tested larger yet.

Will you be checking cards bigger than 8Gb (16 or 32Gb) soon...? I, also, would like to use a larger card to have an abundant supply of muzak on the unit... especially on long trips...

Hello Daniel,

At this time the max size we have tested with the Zumo 660 is an 8Gb. I don't have access to a larger card at this time.

got info today from Garmin. They looked it up. The max for a zummo 660 gps is 8 Gb . That is enought for me. I currently have 2 Gb card. I had to dump some music before downloading current maps.

Garmin now has the Garmin Express to load their maps. The garmin updater software has been replaced ( with the garmin express )
