Garmin 660 bluetooth on 2011 Harley Ultra Limited. Will the GPS and Cell Phone audio go through the HArley headsets and wiring or is a seperate bluetooth headset required? I would like to integrate "into" the Harley wiring and use my existinf headsets.

Hello Oiltrash,

What bluetooth services does the Harley headset have? The Garmin 660 allows you to hook up to scalar headset, so if yours is similar then no problems. The Zumo uses A2DP bluetooth services.

If you are wiring it then all the ports for external audio and microphone are available to you.

Cheers

Has there been any follow-up to this question? It really isn't answered. I have the same bike and just purcahsed the 660, supposed to arrive today. I'm curous about the "integrating into HD wiring." Are we talking pulling bundled wires apart and soldering, or are we talking using connectors with existing jacks? I will be in the proverbial hog heaven if I can cable from the 660 to my dash, and "voila," my HD headset works with the 660s bluetooth, MP3 player, and map audio. But I'm guessin that is a pipe dream.
