I have a 60 CSX and use it for tracks and sometimes routes. I would like to know if the Zumo 550 can do the same things as far as tracking and can I use the Roads and Rec. map for the USA plus LB maps for Baja in the Zumo. Additionally, can I have all the maps downloaded on the micro SD card and still use the map that comes with the unit?

Hello Rich,

Comparing those units is like comparing Apples to Oranges. Unfortunately the tracks, waypoints, and routes are done way better in the handhelds like the 60csx. The street navigation is superior in the zumo. The zumo can only do one track log where the 60CSX can do hundreds if you save the track data to your memory card.

If the maps you mentioned work with the 60csx and are not locked then they should work with the Zumo. I am not familiar with the titles you mentioned so I can not say if they will work for sure. You can select between maps in the menu system like the 60cssx. the map selection is a little easier in the zumo.
