No audio from the audio plug of AMPS mount cable?

I have installed the AMPS Rugged mount on my BMW, powered thru a fuse panel. When I plug a Bluetooth dongle into this plug (with a mono to stereo adapter) I get no route audio info from my Montana 650. Using the same setup & plugging directly into the Montana audio out plug, I get the audio responses from the route in use.
I have gone thru the Montana setup & am unable to see anything that is required to change the audio out?
Any ideas as to what I need to do?
Thanks

I gave one a test from stock and if there is no power to the cradle, there will be no audio. After attaching it to a 12V source I started to get my audio instructions via the headphone jack on the cable (I was using stereo Headphones).

I would make sure that you have good power (12VDC) going to the cradle so that you can hear the audio directions. Maybe at the time you were testing the bike was off or the power was less than 12V. Feel free to contact us if it still does not work for you.

Jordan, Thanks for your input.
My connection is to power on all the time. But I removed the Mono to Stereo adapter this time & it worked...I am happy to once again be told 'Were to Go'!

Thanks for your help.
