First: Need to verify the red and black power leads are for 12 Volt and not have to be stepped down? Second: Is the USB Port usable for the XM Antennae? Thanks.

The red lead is for +12V DC, the black lead is for ground.
The Mini-USB connector is for the traffic receiver on the Zumo 660 and for the GXM40 antenna on the Zumo 665.
