I have a Garmin GPSMAP 215 the box. My friend has a boat with a GPSMAP 188 mounted. Will my 215 fit in his 188 mount, and vise versa?

It looks like the GPSMap 188 and GPSMap 215 do not use the same size mount so they will not be easily interchangeable.
