What are the specification for the speaker which can be connected to the mount?
I can see mini-jack end on the wire. Is it mono or stereo? Would mono speaker work with it? I've heard that some people do experience issues with mono headsets.
I can get CB external speaker in my local radio shop, but not sure if it will work.
Please advise of what kind of external speaker work with the mount.

The audio out is stereo and the mic input is mono. At this time I do not know the ohms. The audio jack is meant for the auxiliary port of a stereo or headphones. I have not tested it with a Mono speaker. I would suggest taking an old pair of earphones that do not work and putting that stereo plug on the mono speaker. That way only one channel will go to the speaker. Plugging the mono speaker into the jack will not wreck the unit but may not sound as well as using a stereo speaker set. If you are just doing voice instructions I do not think you will notice

For PN 010-11654-01 AMPS Mount, is there a speaker? I know there is one built into the 010-11654-00. I cannot use the suction cup mount for my application.

There is no speaker on the AMPs mount. Just a audio out Jack (3.5mm)
