I want the speaker and cigarette power plug but like RAMs interchangability and stability with my other vehicles. Can I add RAM parts to this to mount on RAM B ball? If so what are the parts?

There is an adapter to a G-ball that will be fine for use in a car. I would not use the G-ball adapter on a bike.

Why is that? Is it specifically the G-ball or both? one of the vehicles is a bike.

If you want to use it on the bike the better way to go is with the AMPS rugged mount on the RAM mount bases.

The Gball is the 17mm ball that Garmin uses on their mounts. It is not as secure as the RAM double one inch balls.

OK> However, I am a complete idiot when it comes to electrical. I can not tell from the picture if I can just plug this into the cigarette lighter?

Yes, that is a cigarette lighter plug on the end of the cable in the picture.
