I have a Garmin 3490 I use in my car that is mounted to a suction cup holder. I would like to use the same GPS with the RAM cradle mount on my motorcycle. I need to purchase another "power mount" to fit into the RAM cradle so I can power and charge the GPS while on a trip. Can the power mount cradle be purchased seperately or will this power mount cradle seperate from the suction cup mount so it can be use (and stay connected to) the RAM cradle?

Yes, the suction cup has a 17mm ball on the end that separates from the 17mm socket on the cradle.
