Are there differences in the Zumo 550 Cradle Part Numbers?

P/N 010-10859-00 vs P/N R010-10859-00.

If there is no difference between these two cradles why are there two listings and two different part numbers? Is the R a refurbished unit as opposed to new? I want to know before I order.
If they are the same delete one- very confusing.

I could not find the PN R010-10859-00 on our site. The valid Garmin PN that I am aware of is 010-10859-00 without the R.

4 items down the page- item 7. It has a different SKU as well.
