How high is the ball compared to standard suction mount?

With both sitting on a flat surface, how high is the ball on the 010-101747-02 compared to the ball of the standard fixed height suction mount [010-10747-00]? My concern is when used with the 3790, will the gps tilt downward as far as with the original suction mount. With the suction mount, the 3790 can barely go full-vertical in landscape mode, and somehow, this looks even a little shorter than the suction mount.

Thanks, clay

The 010-101747-02 is 7cm from the base to the middle of the ball. The suction cup 010-10747-00 is about 5.6cm from the base to the center of the ball.
