It's just part of the bicycle stand bike with cables? I broke the bike and I want to replace it with the bike if you could place the cables (Wire). Thank you very much

I am not sure if understand your question.

You will be able to take the cable off the Rugged AMPS mount (010-11654-01) and put it on the Garmin Handlebar mount (010-11654-07).
