I just received this cradle for my nuvi 765T. My traffic receiver doesn't show up anymore. Just wondering if this is the correct cradle or should I have gotten the other one with part # 010-10823-07.

Hello Wayne,

That is the correct cradle. Is your subscription up to date for traffic? Do the appropriate LED's on the traffic cable light up?

Sometimes the traffic network goes down for a few hours.

My 765t is not receiving traffic either. I bought the cradle and everything works except the traffic. Previously with my old cradle I've never had reception issues. The green traffic symbol is not registering on my device. My subscription to Traffic is through Navteq and it is free and ongoing. Can someone please let me know if this cradle is not compatible with the 765T and its traffic function. Thank you

That is the correct cradle. The traffic receiver may be dead in the power cable. Please try a firmware update using the free program Garmin Webupdater. Under additional updates there may be a option for the traffic receiver. Give that a try. If that does not work please contact Garmin tech support via phone 1-800-800-1020
