I would like to know if this Netbook Tablet mount (RAM-TRIPOD1-234-6) comes with the tripod and all the hardware required to use it, right out of the box, and if the mount/platform which holds the tablet can be quickly repositioned and locked in place at various angles. I would like to use this tripod mount to do digital art in the field with my tablet pc. I plan to use the tablet in the portrait orientation at an extreme angle while sitting in a chair. The tablet is an ASUS Eee Slate B121. It is 8 inches wide by 12.5 inches long. Thank you!

All parts are included and you will have the ability to view it at the angle you require. It will take a few seconds to reposition. You loosen the arm then move the holder then tighten again.
