I would not recommend that holder unless you plan on mounting a small laptop also. The holder on the mount you are looking at will hold

Tray Depth: 6.0
Tray Thickness: 1
Tray Width (Expansion): 8.56 to 12.31
Side Clamp Arm Height: to 1 (max)
** based on the general dimensions I found online for a Samsung Galaxy (I assume 2nd gen) the mount you are looking at will work.

We have other ones that will fit your device better. Which 10 inch screen Samsung do you have (Galaxy one or two?) and do you use it in a case? Can the unit come out of the case? Here is another option to take a look at.
