I keep seeing the Etrex 10 intro date being pushed back, and am curious how great it will be doing paperless geocaching. eg: will it accept .gpx files from GSAK? How easy will it be to access the data once uploaded onto the etrex 10? How many logs will it upload from the .gpx file etc. Basically what I'm asking is how easy is this gps going to be to use? I've not been able to find a single person that has seen one yet.

The unit should perform like the other units and take up to 5000 geocaches via GPX files. Please note this unit has not been released and we have not played with it yet. When we do we can answer your questions better. Please feel free to contact us again when the unit is available.

Does the Etrex 10 take 5000 geocaches via GPK files? Can someone verify this number?

Garmin has said that it will do 2000.

Ok, thank you. I use GSAK to manage my GPX files, and when exporting caches in bulk as a GPX file, childrens coordinates (parking, trailheads, etc) are also includes in the export. Does the number 2000 include these waypoints, or does Garmin state 2000 geocaches?

The 2000 geocaches does not include waypoints. You will be able to store 1000 waypoints.
