What is the cost of topo canada or topo BC, I suspect this unit does not come with this data ?

No the Montana 650t (usa version) does not come with Canadian Topo. You are currently look at the US version. We do not recommend buying the maps preloaded in a handheld for a few reasons. We have many topo packages. Here are links to a few of them. Please feel free to ask more questions.
