Is there a power supply extension for GPS?

I'm trying to locate a mounting position for a GPS in my RZR after considering top of dash mounting via a Woods vacuum base, roll bar - side and top-centre location, down between the seats cup holder base and lastly, a floor mount.

I would require an extension for my Garmin Oregon Vehicle Power Cable, Part No: 010-10851-11 to mount the GPS on the roll bar up under the roof. For this location it would be best to wire the GPS directly to the Zed's 12V battery.

Can I use the:

Model: Garmin USB Power Cable
Part No: 010-11131-10 (also GUSB5V-B) (Apparently about 10' long).

Or alternately, the :

Model: Garmin GHP 10 Extension Cable 5m (about 16')
Part No: 010-11156-00
(Our 5 meter extension cable for your GHP 10 is the perfect accessory for mounting the CCU further than 3 meters from the ECU)
Question: What's a CCU and an ECU?

The last item would connect the 5'-Garmin power cable to the GPS?

Extension cables for vehicle accessory power cords can be purchased from any automotive retailer and can be used with Garmin p/n 010-1051-11.

The Garmin USB power cable p/n 010-11131-10 can also be used by connecting it to the battery or the fuse block on the ATV.

The Garmin p/n 010-11156-00 is not compatible with the Oregon 450.
CCU is the course compass unit used with the Garmin autopilot system.
ECU is the electronic control unit.
