Is the Garmin Mini USB 12V Cigarette Lighter Adapter for Etrex Venture HC is the same that the oregon 450 or 550?

What is the part number of the cable you have so we can check. It may work as long as the Oregon is in Spanner mode.

The part number is P-HT-8125-BH

That is not a valid Garmin PN. To be cautious, I will have to say it will not work because P-HT-8125-BH is not a Garmin part.
