Dear All
I can't find the product key/coupon code of my GPS. Where is it?
I want to unlock map. But I haven't 25 digit code. And for recieving it I need find the product key/coupon code.

Hello toogoo,

The customer code comes with the software and it is usually on a orange or yellow piece of paper. It may also be on the CD case. You then use this code to unlock the maps to your unit. You will need to create a myGarmin account. The 25 digit unlock code will be contained in your account when you register the maps to the unit.

If you already have unlocked the maps you will need to login to your already existing account with Garmin. In there you will find the code for your GPS unit. If you do not remember you user and password, there are tools on the login page to retrieve them. If you still can't recover your account then you should give Garmin a quick call. Have your unit handy and customer code if you found it.
