Does the warranty cover vibration due to motorcycle? As this is not a motorcycle specific device? Seeing that it has a motorcycle mount I assume it does. Just want to verify. Having a hard time choosing between this and the Zumo 660.... Just trying to weigh out the pros and cons of each unit for my application. In car and on motorcycle. I like the bluetooth option on the 660 for the car for hands free phone operation as it's illegal to operate a cell while driving with it in your hand. Ear pieces are not my friend. But I like everything else on the 600.... didn't think this would be this hard.

For clarification on exactly what is covered under warranty, it is best to call Garmin at 1-800-800-1020. The warranty will cover any defects when the unit is used in the manor it was designed and intended for. As it is a rugged unit with no moving parts, the vibration from a motorcycle won't cause any issues.

If you are looking for a specific motorcycle unit, you should go with a Zumo. The Montana has benefits, but personally I would only go with the Montana if I planned to use it as a handheld device and a car navigator. If you plan on doing both, then the Montana should be your choice.
