Hello,
I have TOPO!State Series Califonria and Alaska 4.6 versions. I have both Mac and PC and both run fine. I have a new Garmin GPSMAP 62s (updated to latest 4.3 firmware). It reads USB Connection okay but won't accept transfer of waypoints from the unit to the computer. In an Aug 2011 post you said if we were having trouble, let you know. You thought there could be a tweak in the software or the unit. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help.

Does the unit work with Garmin Basecamp? If yes then it is most likely an issue with the National geographic software. You will need to contact National Geographic if Garmin Basecamp works and their software does not.
