How to show missing menu items on TOPO Canada?

I bought a Montana 650T from you this year and I am very happy with it. However when I first purchased it I installed the TOPO map on my home computer. It came up with the following top menus: FILE, EDIT, VIEW, TOOLS, DEVICE, UTILITIES, SIGN IN, HELP
I have recently installed the program on my lap top and I have the following menus: FILE, EDIT, VIEW, TOOLS, HELP.
I can't seem to find a way to enlarge the tool bar to include the missg menus. Any suggestions?

Click on the help menu and check for new updates to make sure you are running the latest version.

After updating click on the View menu option then Tools. Select the tools you would like to see on the screen.
