What is the purpose of the Coordinates page??? I read the 46 page manuel and find no reference to this page at all. At first I thought it was to type in coordinates of distant places. and add as waypoints. That doesn't work. The mark button will do that. It seems that it will only give you the coordinates where you are standing. The Satelite page will do that too. I don't understand this page.

The "Coordinates" category in the "Find" menu is so you can navigate to a coordinate without placing a waypoint.

Once I punch in the coordinates, how do I find them? After punching in a couple of coordinates I went to geocaches and waypoints and nothing.

I am going to assume that you enter Coordinates in the GPS unit by using the Find function. If you did that you can find those coordinates in your Recently found menu. If you want to continually be able to pull that point up I suggest marking it as a waypoint.

To mark a waypoint all you need to do is hit the Mark button on the unit. If the coordinates need to change you can edit them on the screen that pops up. Be sure to change the name to so you can easily find it in the future. Then you would find it in the Find function under waypoints
