how can i enter longitude and latitude from google earthon my garmin oregon 450

Set the Oregon's position format to use Latitude and Longitude coordinates.
From the main menu > Setup > arrow down to > Position Format > Position Format and select hddd*mm'ss.s".

To enter the Lat/Long coordinate:
From the main menu > Where To? > Coordinates > enter the coordinates and press the check mark when done.

Waypoints can also be sent from Google Maps directly to the GPS.
