Hi When going through the different pages of my device, the device sometimes shuts off on its own. This happened once when finding a route and once when trying to find a waypoint to set a proximity alarm. It seems to be a random event. Do you know if there is known a bug in the firmware or do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I have the current software version loaded on my device.

It is best to contact Garmin about bugs for we are not given a list of them. Based on what I have seen in the forum that is not a normal occurrence.
