The unit shows lattitude and longitude in three different formats. You can choose which one in your position format settings. You can have your coordinates show on many screens. You will need to customize the map screen to show lat/long which is easily done in your map settings. (Setup->Map->Data Fields)

lat/long can be shown on many other screens also.

Will this unit show, on one screen, my current lat/lon and the lat/lon of the cache I'm looking for. As an example, if I'm looking for a cache at location XYZ(lat/lon) and I am at location ABC(lat/lon), can I get the Oregon 450 to show both locations, or do I have to carry a piece of paper that says my destination is XYZ(lat/lon)?

You will not be able to do what you explained.

You do not need to know your current latitude and longitude to find your destination. The unit will do all the work for you. Tell you which heading to take and how far away you are. You do not need to see the end coordinates to find it either.

You can bring that info up at any time individually but you will not be able to display both on the same screen while navigating with the GPS.
