I have a 32GB SD card in my 450. If I load GeoCaches onto the card using BaseCamp does that mean I can exceed the 2000 limit stated in the specs?

You will not be able to expand the geocache limit.

Then I have absolutely massive amounts of unused space. How about this..... I have several different SC cards. Each with 2000 or less GeoCaches and I swap them out depending on the location I am in.

As for reasons for this, my GeoCaching is often done with a "don't know where I am going and there ain't no plan" kind of thing. With the iPhone app it was just, Find Nearby Caches. The 450 will DO that but is limited to whatever it has to work with, whereas the iPhone has access to the GroundSpeak site.
