Hi Gregory,
While the photo itself will not show the coordinates in text on the image, the data is stored on the file itself. So if you are looking to geotag the image, then yes the coordinates will be included in the photo taken.

Do you know how to display the co-ordinates on a jpeg? Or link them somehow?

I looked through the user manual but didnt find anything related. This option would be a selling feature for me!

how do we find longitude and latitude of differnt point on a route.

Hello SK,

You can move the map cursor over any point on the route to see the lat/long. Also if you are doing off road routing you will most likely use waypoints as your via's. You can use the waypoint manager to see the lat/long of any single waypoint.

There are a number of photo edit/display programs that will read the GPS coordinates from a picture. For instance, Adobe "Lightroom" software, a godd photo editor / organizer allows you to click on a box associated with the photo the result is a display from Google Maps showing you where the photo was taken. Similarly for Flickr, an online photo repository.
