Do you know if or where I can get a replacement touch screen for the 300?

You will need to send the Garmin Oregon to the Canadian Repair Depot i Quebec. they will send you a refurbished unit to replace your current GPS. They will charge you a small repair cost.

If the cost is too high you may want to upgrade to the new Oregon 6XX series coming out soon.

I just discovered a better solution. I'll just go the cheaper and easier route and buy one from China or Japan on Ebay and replace it myself for only $30 :-)
