The RAM-B-342 RAM Motorcycle Fork Stem Base is designed to work with open steering stems as found on most sport bikes.
The mount will not work on the Concours 1400 stem nut without replacing the capped nut with an open one.

It may be possible to use the RAM-B-367 to replace one of the bolts on the handlebars.

The mount comes with one each of M8 x 1.25 x 55, 60, 65 bolts.
To determine if these bolts will work or not, you will need to measure the bolt for the diameter and add 30mm to the length. If it matches one of the 55, 60, or 65 mm length, then you can use the appropriate bolt supplied with the mount. If it does not match, you may be able to source the correct length of bolt locally or from your dealer.
Be sure to use the correct torque spec when attaching the mount.
