I have mount RAM-B-149ZU with cradle RAM-HOL-GA7U that I used for my motorcycle. I no longer have the motorcycle and would like to use the mount in my car. The way I see it, I have two alternatives.

First, I can purchase suction cup RAP-B-224-2U to replace the handlebar U-Bolt.

Second, I can purchase suction cup flex mount RAP-105-6d224U. However due to the weight of the GPSMAP 276C I am concerned that the goose neck will tend to sag.

Any suggestions you can offer will be appreciated.

Thanks, Jack

The recommended part is the RAP-B-224-2. The other part you mentioned will work fine but you get more flexibility out of the first option. If you get the RAP-105-6d224u you will have to unscrew the holder every time you want to change mounts
