The RAP-B-224-2 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Twist Lock Suction Cup Base that I bought with the RAM-A-CAN II does not stay on. After an hour, it fells down (lucky me I did not put my iPhone on it yet). Everything is brand new and clean. What do you recommend? Thank you

Daniel, does the suction cup work on a regular surface such as glass? If it doesn't hold on glass then it may be defective and in need of a replacement. Let us know, so we can look into it further if there is something else wrong. Thanks!

I have tried on a mirror and it was holding well. The problem must be coming from the RAM-A-CAN surface.

There may be a problem with the RAM-A-CAN surface. Do you see any deformaties or irregularities on the top? If you haven't already, please click the "Videos" tab to watch the video to see what a normal one should look like. If you see any problems with the top of the RAM-A-CAN, then it will need to be replaced. If this is the case, please contact us at 1-866-477-2489 so we can assist further.

It looks a little uneven but not much more than the video. I think I will prefer a plate than a suction cup.. Like the RAM Mount Round Plate with 1 inch Ball RAM-B-202U
