How does this connect to digital cameras? Does it work on point and shoot cameras? Thanks

This works with all Cameras. It does not connect to the camera. It will log you position with a data and time stamp. You need to make sure the date and time stamp in your Camera is the same as the GPS loggers.

At the end of the day the included software with sync the GPS track log with the date n time stamp of the Camera and then add the geo information to the photo.

You can do the same things with any GPS that collects a tracklog and some software
