well simply the new Nuvi 3790T doesn't support the Southeast Asia maps, neither Singapore and Malaysia!
I've E mailed Garmin and they don't know when the new southeast Asia map is going to be released!!

So if you have Nuvi #790T and you want to buy the southeast asia map ... make sure that it is compatible with your device!!

I would say that comment is incorrect. I just tested one to be sure and it works fine. Could be a user error or bad card that customer was using.
