Hi. Garmin's website has the latest version listed as Version: 2012.40, Released February 2012, Part Number:010-10680-50.
Your website is selling the version "Announced: April 13, 2009 Model: 010-11226-03." The version you are selling is over 3 years old - what gives??

No we are selling the most current version. "Announced: April 13, 2009 Model: 010-11226-03." is when that product first announced by Garmin. They update the maps every three months if your buy the DVD and an update. We sell the most current version shipping from them which is 2012
