If not which product does ?

Yes this will have Lane assist and junction view for covered areas.

Just remembered, does this also have the 3D buildings and terrain views ?
And the same questions for the Europe maps.

If that information exists for the area in question the SD card will have 3D buildings and terrain view. The SD card contains all the same information as the DVD and or preloaded GPS unit. Please note you GPS unit will also need to support the features you mentioned to be able to use them.
