i have city navigator Mexico nt maps installed and unlock in my laptop when i tray sent map and routs to nuvi 855 unit i have base rout no details maps on my unit and information can not unlock maps what i can do make it working

Apr 22, 2010, 9:33am		 Hello Bogdan, The software ships with a customer code. you need to register you Mexico mapping and unit with Garmin and then they will give you an unlock code. www.garmin.com The unlock code will allow you to use the maps on your Nuvi 855. You can only view the maps on one unit. Cheers Jesse

Apr 24, 2010, 8:21am		 Hello Bogdan, Sorry for missing part of your question. You will need to buy City Navigator Mexico for your Nuvi. You can use your PC for making routes if you have compatible Garmin software or you can use services such as Google maps to create waypoints and send them to the Nuvi 855 so you can create a route on the unit.
