The City Navigator Europe NT card will work with the Garmin GPSMap 60CSX.

I just received my micro SD card Europe NT 2011 and my 60 CSx does not recognise it, it shows no maps other than the base map it comes with. It may have to do with a possible two gig limit and the number of maps the 60 CSx recognises, I believe it is around 2064. I tried it in my older Nuvi 685 but it also did not recognise it.

Hello Zoltan,

The memory limit on a 60CSX is 4GB. Just make sure the 4G card is not a high speed one or anything special. WE only recommend a 2Gb card because 100% of 2GB cards work and not every 4Gb card will work. The type Garmin uses will. Other mapping comes on 4G cards and reads fine in the unit.

I just tried a Europe card (010-10680-50) in our 60CSX and it works fine. Please try updating your GPSwith Garmin Webupdater and try again.

You can check the map by zooming out of North America. Then pan over to Europe. Then zoom in on a city. As you get closer to ground level more detail will show up on the screen.

You may of also received a defective card so you may want to call Garmin to verify. 1-800-800-1020
